Payment

What payment options can I use when buying a charger?

We offer Prepayment, banktransfer and credit card.
Resellers can have other payment possibilities.

Shipment

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on country, product and ordered quantities. For private customers, they normally amount to € 12.-

Can I check the status of my shipment?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you receive a tracking number via email that allows you to check the status of your delivery.

Which logistics partner are the products shipped through?

Parcels to Austria are shipped with GLS and parcels to other countries with UPS. Depending on order-quantities, resellers may receive their orders through other logistic partners.

Warranty

How long do I have warranty on the charger?

End customers can claim their warranty rights up to 2 years.
