HR Generalist

Go-e is the invitation to move electrically. E-mobility is our drive, and our core competence is charging technology for electric cars. With charging stations for EVs with photovoltaic connection and load balancing, we are a provider of comprehensive system solutions for all requirements of modern e-mobility.

We are looking for an self-driven HR Generalist with experience in recruiting, who shares our vision in quality and commits to building outstanding HR department..

HR Generalist

Your area of responsibility

• Proactive involvement in the development, optimization and implementation of new HR processes
• Planning and organization of personnel development measures
• Take a proactive approach to identifying and anticipating roadblocks and find solutions
• Employee on- and off boarding
• Preparation of the monthly payroll
• Visa and relocation support 
• First point of contact for our employees in the Berlin office
• Partner with senior leaders across our Engineering organisation to understand their hiring objectives
• Coordination of the recruitment process
• Conducting first stage interviews

It would be great if you have 

• 3 years of working experience as HR Generalist
• Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced work environment
• Proactive and innovative, always looking for opportunities to improve
• Experience in conducting interviews
• Fluent in English and German

It would be even better if you have

• Experience with BambooHR and Greenhouse
• Worked in an agile environment
• Experience in shaping and implementing People and Talent strategies
• Knowledge of Visa and relocation processes
• First experience in active sourcing to support the team if needed
