Office Assistant (m/f/d)

Weekly working hours: 15-20
Entry date: Januar 2022

Your responsibilities are

  • Taking responsibility for the smooth operation of Berlin office
  • Managing and ordering office supplies and equipment
  • Managing services, maintenance and bookings
  • Handling external communication, mail and deliveries
  • Assisting the accounting team with invoices and payments 

The requirements for this role are

  • Previous work experience in an office or operations environment
  • Excited to work independently and take responsibility
  • Motivated to support our vision of a positive workplace for everyone
  • Communicate openly to motivate colleagues and support that vision
  • Fluent in English and German at minimum B2-Level

Additionally, we would be excited if you

  • Work experience in handling finances or processing payments
  • Experience in working in a young and fast growing company
