    für unseren Hauptstandort in Feldkirchen, Kärnten, Österreich

    Deine Aufgaben

    • Selbstständige Leitung von derzeit 40 Mitarbeitern (kontinuierlich steigend), fachlich wie auch disziplinär
    • Umsetzung der Produktionsziele in Bezug auf qualitative und terminliche Aspekte
    • Verantwortung für den gesamten Fertigungsprozess
    • kontinuierliche Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse bzw. Arbeitsstrukturen
    • Produktionsplanung bei Einführung von neuen Produkten
    • Koordinationsfunktion mit anderen Abteilungen (Einkauf, Lager, Product-Development, usw.)
    • Bindeglied zwischen Produktion und Geschäftsleitung

    Deine Voraussetzungen

    • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Werkmeister, HTL, FH oder UNI)
    • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Produktionsleiter und einschlägige Vorkenntnisse
    • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

    • Developing scalable backend services for web, embedded and mobile applications

    • Writing E2E tests for iOS and Android applications

    Your responsibilities are

    • Finding and analysing bugs for C++ applications using debuggers, profilers, crash reports, etc.
    • Writing unit and integration tests for such application(s)
