Purchase procedure

  • My order is incomplete or incorrect. What should I do?

    Please contact us via our e-mail address office@go-e.co and include a copy of the invoice.


  • Which payment options can I use when purchasing?

    We offer Prepayment, banktransfer and credit card.
    Resellers can have other payment possibilities.


  • What are the shipping costs?

    Shipping costs depend on country, product and ordered quantities. These are determined and displayed during the ordering process. For private customers, they normally amount to € 12.-

  • Can I check the status of my shipment?

    Once your order has left our warehouse, you receive a tracking number via email that allows you to check the status of your delivery.

  • Through which logistics partner are the products shipped?

    Within Austria the parcels are sent with GLS. To other countries of the EU and third countries we ship via UPS. Depending on the quantity ordered, dealers can also receive their goods via other logistics partners.


  • How long do I have warranty on the charger?

    End customers can claim their warranty rights up to 2 years.

  • How do I get a return label in case of repair?

    Please contact us at: office@go-e.co. Do not forget to indicate your address. We are required to put it on the return-label.


  • How long can I return products from the go-e shop?

    Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of revocation as described in the cancellation instructions. Entrepreneurs are not granted a voluntary right of revocation.

  • How does the revocation work?

    You have to inform go-e about your wish to revoke. The easiest way to do this is by e-mail. Then you have to send the product back to us at your own expense. After receipt of the package, we will check the returned product for possible traces of use. You will then be refunded the purchase price in accordance with the provisions of our cancellation instructions.
